Appointment Cancellation Policy

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required – failure to cancel or reschedule an appointment within 24 hours of the appointment may result in a $75 cancellation fee.

Guests are requested to arrive for their appointment 15 minutes early.

Guests that arrive late to their appointment by 15 minutes or more may be asked to reschedule or change their original service request to another service offering.

All sales are final at Skin Deep Laser Spa

Tips are permitted for non-medical treatments only. Therefore, guests may only tip Estheticians, Spa Therapists and Guest Experience Specialists. As always, tips for exceptional service is never expected, but certainly appreciated!
