Weight Management Program

Skin Deep is offering a unique approach to long-lasting weight loss for qualifying clients. After thorough intake process by our medical provider, clients will be prescribed semaglutide or tirzepatide. There will be weekly check-ins to share how the program is working, to answer questions/concerns, to receive the prescribed medication, and to make necessary adjustments. Our focus will always be on optimizing the program to maximize our client's comfort and results.

In addition, clients may benefit from our "Med Free" Weight Management Program. This will run parallel with the medication component of the treatment and will also be run by our medical professionals. Med Free will engage clients in a separate intake process to evaluate overall health and wellness with regards to diet, exercise and lifestyle. This intake process will inform the development of a tailored coaching plan to teach clients things like identifying hunger, fullness, and the macro values of different foods. The purpose of the Med Free component will be to maximize results while on the medication and to ramp up a client's metabolism as they wean off the medication to provide them the tools needed to keep their weight off with non-pharmacological solutions.

Program Steps

Schedule a consultation to learn about the program and do an intial screening to determine program eligibility.

Provide required lab work (Skin Deep will provide a requisition if labs haven't been drawn within the past 6 months).

Once the Skin Deep medical provider receives and reviews the lab work, Skin Deep will call the client to schedule their first intake appointment.

Intake appointment will include taking vitals, measurements, and medical history. At this initial appointment, our medical provider will review the next steps, including what to expect, the dos and don'ts, and the client will receive their first dose of their medication.

During the first 4 weeks of the program, a 30-minute in-person weekly appointment will be included. After that time, clients will come in once a month to have their vital signs monitored, and to receive their monthly dose of medication.

After 6 months, clients will repeat their blood panel prior to their follow-up appointment at Skin Deep
